So we’ve been a bit quiet over the last few weeks…
The reason being, we have locked ourselves away in our beautifully dull and dingy practice room, to write for our next single.
This Friday, 27th January we will be heading in to the studio with Producer Romesh Dodangoda to record tracks for our next release.
We will also be broadcasting a live stream of our studio session. We’ll post a link on the day, for anyone that wishes to tune in! You can also keep up to date with whats going on by following us on Twitter, @TOWNmusicuk !

Wales Online pick their ‘Magnificent 7 Welsh bands set to cause a stir in 2012′

Dave Owens has picked a list of up and coming bands in Wales that he believes will come top of the pile by the end of this year.

‘One of DJ Steve Lamacq’s favourite bands, the sharp-dressed Newport four-piece’s hook-laden Britpop fizz and metronomic punk rock beat is both stirringly anthemic and beautifully ambitious, marking them out as cast-iron contenders. Most recent single Teenage Sky had influential former NME scribe Lamacq memorably describing the exhilarating tune as ‘a volcano spewing forth molten ashes of adolescent angst and aspiration’. He wasn’t wrong.’
